Hi there! Glad you stopped by!

I am trained as a clinical social worker and value working with individuals and families from all walks of life. In sessions, I use a combination of Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Based Treatment (FBT).  I have experience treating adolescents and young adults with eating disorders in several levels of care and my priority is helping you and/or your loved one heal their relationship with food and their body. My work is informed by a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach and I am always growing in and learning new ways to confront diet culture.

Outside of sessions, I find peace and joy in working towards my black belt in TaeKwonDo, coming up with silly impersonations and scenarios for my cats, adventuring with my puppy, gardening (& collecting nature treasures), watching new shows (and re-watching my favorite ones, especially comedy sketches!) and staying up-to-date with all things Gen Z (because I believe our culture is fortunate to have their collective power!).

One of the hardest steps in therapy is making that initial decision to start. I would be honored to help you in your journey towards a more free and joyful life.
